Nasir Ata is the principal of the practice and will make all important decisions on your case, consider all incoming post and be ultimately responsible for all the advice that you are given. Vipool was admitted as a solicitor in 1990 and has over 30 years experience in private client matters. He specializes in commercial property matters and is also experienced in domestic conveyancing and wills and probate.

Dr Said K. Aziz is a solicitor and accredited senior immigration caseworker within our immigration and public law team. He holds a master’s degree in Immigration policy, law and practice and an LLM (specialist) degree in Human rights law. In 2018, he obtained his doctorate degree in Public international law from the University of London. He teaches European Union Law (Senior Status) at Birkbeck College – University of London.
Dr Aziz qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and conducts a wide variety of immigration law cases, including asylum, deportation, spousal applications and applications for British citizenship. He has expertise in handling complex appeals in Immigration Tribunals, the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
