Nasir Ata is the Director and Senior Immigration Advisor at Ata Law. With more than 20 years’ experience in UK immigration law, Nasir Ata provides clear, practical advice and representation across visas, settlement, nationality, human rights and complex casework.

As an OISC-regulated immigration adviser, Nasir Ata undertakes specialist casework and advocacy — including Immigration Tribunal appeals and administrative reviews — and is known for combining professional expertise with genuine care for clients and their families.

Vipool Trivedy

Consultant Solicitor

Vipool Trivedy is a consultant solicitor at Ata & Co since 2016 and will have the day-to-day responsibility for your matter. Nasir Ata is the principal of the practice and will make all important decisions on your case, consider all incoming post and be ultimately responsible for all the advice that you are given. Vipool was admitted as a solicitor in 1990 and has over 30 years experience in private client matters. He specializes in commercial property matters and is also experienced in domestic conveyancing and wills and probate.

Dr Said K. Aziz

Consultant Solicitor

Dr Said K. Aziz is a solicitor and accredited senior immigration caseworker within our immigration and public law team. He holds a master’s degree in Immigration policy, law and practice and an LLM (specialist) degree in Human rights law. In 2018, he obtained his doctorate degree in Public international law from the University of London. He teaches European Union Law (Senior Status) at Birkbeck College – University of London.
Dr Aziz qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and conducts a wide variety of immigration law cases, including asylum, deportation, spousal applications and applications for British citizenship. He has expertise in handling complex appeals in Immigration Tribunals, the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

Hamied Noorzay

Immigration Caseworker

Hamied Noorzay is an Immigration Caseworker and has been working in immigration team at Ata & Co. since 2015. He has assisted hundreds of families and individuals with their immigration matters.
