Fixed & agreed fees

We charge a fixed or agreed fee for many immigration applications. Prices may include discounts or concessions based on your circumstances and family applications.

Legal Aid support

If you are on a low income, you may qualify for Legal Aid. We assess your means and advise whether Legal Aid can cover your application costs.

Costs explained

Quoted fees exclude VAT and disbursements such as Home Office fees, translations and expert reports. We explain these clearly before you proceed.

CONVEYANCING

Conveyancing feesinformation

Day-to-day work is handled by consultant solicitor Vipool Trivedy (admitted 1990). Nasir Ata, principal, retains overall responsibility. Vipool’s hourly rate: £250–£300.

Our fees typically include

  • Initial attendance and taking instructions
  • Liaising with the other party’s solicitor and estate agents
  • Preparing contract packs (sales) and examining title (purchases)
  • Exchanging contracts and completing the transaction
  • Conducting searches, paying Stamp Duty and registering (purchases)
  • Producing documents and keeping you updated throughout

Freehold

  • Up to £250,000£800 + VAT
  • £250,000 – £500,000£900 + VAT
  • £500,000 – £1 million£1,100 + VAT
  • £1 million – £2 million£1,500 + VAT

Leasehold

  • Up to £500,000£900 + VAT

Probate

  • Based on a standard transaction with no title or planning complications — typically 8–12 weeks.
  • We generally do not act for mortgage lenders as we are not on lenders’ panels.
